1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AppSpacer's infrastructure ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA)
AppSpacer provides a 99.99% uptime guarantee for Enterprise tier customers. Details regarding SLA credits, exclusions, and maintenance windows are outlined in your separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
3. Data Security and Compliance
We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. You retain all rights to the code, binary assets, and user data transmitted through our service. AppSpacer only acts as a conduit for delivery and does not claim ownership over any customer IP.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit malicious code, bypass platform security measures in a way that harms end users, or deploy software that violates the legal constraints of your operating jurisdiction.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppSpacer Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
